Ridezio, a private airport-transfer platform, opens to the public today. Travellers book a fixed price in advance and are matched with a vetted local driver. What sets Ridezio apart sits on the other side of the trip: the driver is paid within 24 hours of finishing the ride.
That timing is the whole idea. Across much of the industry, the passenger pays up front but the driver waits far longer for their share, and sometimes never sees it. Late or withheld pay drives good drivers away, and the traveller feels it as a no-show at the airport.
Ridezio verifies each driver’s ID, licence, insurance and vehicle before they can accept trips. Passengers get live tracking, a fixed price with no surge, and support they can reach during the ride. The service runs in several languages, with full Arabic support for travellers across the Middle East.
The platform also lets an AI assistant book a transfer directly through the open MCP standard, an early bet that more travel will be planned and booked through AI.
